Draft — requires legal review before launch
AI-Generated Content and Third-Party Licensing Disclosure
Important limitations and licensing responsibilities for generated videos and external components.
This is a working draft, not legal advice or a finalized legal agreement. Company details, contact information, governing law, retention periods, and any required local disclosures must be completed and approved before launch.
How generated content is made
The Service may use third-party AI and media providers to generate or process scripts, visuals, narration, captions, music, and video. Those providers may impose their own usage limits, licences, attribution requirements, and restrictions.
Generated outputs can be similar to other outputs, may contain mistakes, and may not be exclusively available to you. Do not assume an output is clear for every commercial, editorial, advertising, or platform use without checking the applicable rights and rules.
Your export rights
You own your final exported videos as between you and Faceless Video, but that ownership is subject to any third-party licences and the rights in your input or output. You remain responsible for checking that your intended use is permitted.
You must not submit copyrighted, trademarked, personal, voice, likeness, or other protected material unless you have the permissions needed for the requested use.
Before launch
Legal review must confirm provider-specific licences, commercial-use rights, attribution obligations, content provenance disclosures, and any jurisdictional AI requirements before this policy is finalized.
