Draft — requires legal review before launch

Refund and Cancellation Policy

The draft policy for cancelling subscriptions and submitting refund requests.

This is a working draft, not legal advice or a finalized legal agreement. Company details, contact information, governing law, retention periods, and any required local disclosures must be completed and approved before launch.

Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel an active subscription through the available account controls. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid billing period. Your plan and its remaining cycle credits stay available until that period ends, and the subscription will not renew.

Submitting a refund request

A request can be submitted through the available account controls for an eligible purchase. A request is not an automatic refund. We review requests before any payment-provider refund is initiated.

The current product flow only considers unused purchased credits for refund eligibility and requires any active productions to finish or be cancelled before a request can proceed. A refund must not reduce an account below the credits already used.

What is not promised by this draft

We do not promise refunds for used credits, completed or partially completed production work, expired credits, or results that differ from a creative preference. This is not a final statement of consumer rights: mandatory rights under applicable law cannot be waived.

Before launch, legal review must set the refund window, jurisdiction-specific rights, response times, payment-provider disclosures, and a customer contact method.
