The draft terms for using Faceless Video and its monthly subscription plans.

This is a working draft, not legal advice or a finalized legal agreement. Company details, contact information, governing law, retention periods, and any required local disclosures must be completed and approved before launch.

Using the Service

You are responsible for your account, your submissions, and ensuring that your use complies with applicable law and these policies. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement where you use the Service.

The Service uses automated tools to help create videos. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review every export before publishing or relying on it.

Monthly subscriptions and credits

Plans are monthly subscriptions. A successful billing cycle makes that plan's credit allowance available for that cycle. Credit use varies with the production choices you make.

Unused subscription credits expire when the applicable billing cycle ends and do not roll over. Prices, taxes, and the final payment terms shown at checkout control for a purchase.

Cancellation and availability

When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew after that period. Cancellation does not create a refund unless one is approved under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service where permitted by law. We will not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Ownership and responsibility

As between you and Faceless Video, you retain rights in the content you submit and own your final exported videos, subject to the rights and terms of any third-party materials, providers, models, music, voices, fonts, or other components involved.

You are responsible for obtaining permissions and releases for your inputs and for your use of exports. See the AI and Third-Party Licensing Disclosure and the Acceptable Use Policy.
